Vibe coding, for project management.
Tell PM Codex what happened, in plain words: a meeting, a slipped date, a new risk. Its AI assistant updates the tasks, risks, timeline and minutes for you, and every change waits for your sign-off. It runs on your own computer and keeps your data in your own Google Sheet.
Steering moved the mapping sign-off to the 23rd.

2 DECISIONS · 3 ACTION ITEMS
The app's own screens, with a sample project. Open Claude's change request, click a line to jump to the record it changes, edit the proposal, then sign off. The star at the top left opens the assistant.
Everything a project manager keeps, grouped the way the app's module bar groups it. The Overview pulls the late, the blocked and the due-this-week from all of them. These are the app's own screens; each one opens in the demo above.

What the project hands over, with owners, due dates and a definition of done. A deliverable can hold its own sub-deliverables.
Action items and issues by status or owner, with priority, flags, comments and links to the timeline. Late dates turn magenta.
A register with a heat map drawn from your own risk matrix. Grade each risk before and after mitigation, and click a cell to list what's in it.
Minutes with agenda, decisions and action items you push to the tracker when you're ready. Gemini can draft them from a recording, in any language.
Who matters and how much: power, interest and knowledge, with a power and interest grid, an org chart and a Venn of groups.
One register for the project's documents: type, version, status, owner and a link to the file.
The knowledge base: folders of pages with the rules and decisions every assistant reads before it suggests anything.
Payment milestones with work, document and invoice status, and a quarterly projection of what's billed and what's still to come. Off until you turn it on in Settings.
PM Codex works with two assistants: Claude, from the Claude desktop app, and Gemini, built into the app. Neither one writes to your project. Whatever an assistant wants to change arrives as a change request, and every line in it shows what the value was and what it becomes.
The assistant reads
Either assistant sees the project the way you do: modules, records and the Codex.
It files one request
Every change it wants goes into a single change request, waiting for you in the app.
You review
Each line opens on the record it changes, old value above new. Edit it, or untick it to decline.
You sign off
The ticked lines apply and save to your Sheet. The assistant is told what you approved and what you didn't.
PM Codex, what's for today?

Loaded tools
PM Codex Bridge: Start a PM Codex session
PM Codex Bridge: Read one module of the project in full
PM Codex Bridge: Propose a batch of changes
Three items are already late, led by the data mapping specification, still in review with finance. Yesterday's steering moved the mapping sign-off and raised a test-data risk; both are filed as one change request in PM Codex, with a note on the specification.
Then, at the top of PM Codex
> LOADING CARTRIDGE ........ [##########] 100% > KNOWLEDGE PROFILE : critical path, task triage > PERSONALITY PROFILE: direct, sparing with words
Two blockers. The vendor sandbox waits on a patch, and the mapping sign-off is due tomorrow on a specification that is 6 days late. Shall I flag the sign-off?
On the record itself, whoever proposed it
Both assistants' requests use the same review panel and the same four marks, in every module. A line you edit before signing off stays yours: no assistant can overwrite it with a new proposal.
They also share one standing brief: read first, ask before assuming, keep it short. Each picks a cartridge for the problem in front of it and logs it.
